100% Caribbean Black Pearl Molasses. This rum was the first run ever on the still at Barrel 21. They took that initial run and put it in a 53 gallon used bourbon barrel from Bowman Distillery out of Fairfax County, Virginia, and aged it for 32 months. An oaky rum with some butterscotch, and vanilla notes that is dangerously flavorful at a high proof.
